Habitat question Pt. 2

My other concern was, if I do keep it standing tall is it ok for me to put the lights right on the glass (since the 'top' of the cage is mesh, thus making one if the sides mesh for her to climb on).

I also had a lighting question (sorry lol I just cant seem to find the answers). I have a 7% UVB light that I leave on for 12 hours, and a 100 wt 'zoo med nightlight red' bulb that I keep on for 24 hrs for heat. Is that alright, or should I be doing something else?
