I hear stories of hundreds and hundreds of salamanders that exodus across roads at one point in time. I also hear that to find salamanders, you must flip over several hundred logs before you can find one. Is looking near wetlands (under logs) the most effective way to find these critters in Minnesota, or is there a way to trap them.
