unfortunately after my last post, the green i had that was eating died. it was eating chicks fine every 2 weeks, just over a few days lost weight and died.

the non feeding green has had everything thrown at it but the kitchen sink. i have tried chick, duck, rat, mouse, rat soaked in salmon, in chicken. live, dead. couple days ago it started losing weight just like the other. well, i am not going down without a fight. so between my wife and i, we decided to try forcefeeding. i had some mice that were fairly small. soaked it in veggie oil. my wife wanted to do it so i let her. i got the mouse in the forceps and ready. she opened its mouth to start the process. barely got the head in and the green decided to finish on its own.
who knew that vegetable oil would be the catalyst. glad we did not end up having to force feed. i just hope it continues. i got plenty of oil.
