These guys live in the mountainous regions of Tanzania, where its pretty cool. I would suggest keeping them in the high sixties or low seventies. If you plan to breed them, you will need to cycle them in the winter and get temps down into the low sixties or high fifties.

I have always heard that animals stress from shipping, but I have never had an animal not eat the day I got it. Yours should definitely be eating after a week, thats for sure.

What species do you have? i have only seen two cb big-eyeds, and one of them was fs in europe. So, I'm guessing yours is wc. There is an infinite number of reasons as to why its not eating, but I would suggest putting them in quarentine and maybe getting some fecal tests run.

If you have any more questions, email me at otis07_hotmail.com, as this site is virtually dead so I don't check it often.
