I have a cage that is similar in size and I made shelves and ramps from wood. I then covered these with stick on tiles so they would be easy to clean and then decorated with fake plants. The shelves and ramps are screwed to the back wall (from the outside) so there is no risk of them falling. Now, the Ig falling from the perch is a different story
