Posted by: colorfulcritters at Thu Jun 11 22:12:42 2009 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by colorfulcritters ] I don't know exactly what the name of the filters are, but you'd have to fill your tank at least 3/4 full, and it has a jet pump with a strong output and tube that sucks the water up and through a filter tray. It also fits into this tray that spans length-wise across your tank, and which then circulates the water through foam filters in the tray.
