hey ya'll,long time no post.my computer committed some sort of hard drive suicide, and i finally broke down and used a friend's.anyhow, after 5 yrs of watching her grow, and 8 or 9 months of watching "stinky"(my very pungent male spotted)chase her around the tank,my little girl "parker" finally laid her very first egg.just one,but "stinky" was literally after her as soon as she went back into the water.i have read(and listened to much advice)that the initial clutch is usually infertile, but i'm gonna incubate it just the same.i'm keeping my fingers crossed for a second clutch, she is a total chow hound right now,and is back to almost constant basking, like she was for about a month before she laid.
