He has blue on his throat, and his sides, and we thought that meant male, everything we have seen about spinies has said so, but yesterday he started laying eggs. I can't stop calling it a "him" but what is going on! Females can be blue too? We had two for a while, and both had blue, so we thought that it would be best to only have one male, and seperated them, then bam, jack is a chick, and has 5 eggs!
