Hello,
It's good to know that the "third time's a charm". I was
able to view both photos.

I believe this is a Uromastyx aegyptia microlepis (common
name "Egyptian". The two subspecies being the U a a and
the U a m. The microlepis occur in Arabia and the U a a
across the border in Egypt but both are dubbed "Egyptians".
They are pretty similar with the Arabian uro being generally
darker and just a tad smaller than it's Egyptian counter part.
Both subspecies could easily reach close to 24" as adults.

It looks a bit underweight and possibly a little dehydrated
to boot. If it were mine I would be more inclined to offer it
less seeds and more greens and veggies along with a few
flower petals like rose, hibiscus and dandelion to name a
few. At least till it fills in some of that loose skin.

There's much more moisture content in the greens etc than
in those dry looking seeds clusters I'm sure.

John
