A few months ago, my Mauzi became gravid, so I built her a sand cave, and I increased the calcium supplements. Well, she paced for a day or two, but never started digging and she really didn't spend much time in the cave. She just got very depressed, looked miserable for a few days, and died. I think this might have been her first time.

So now I another wc female, probably an older one, that is obviously gravid. I have her set up in a tank that is half sand cave. She sleeps in that cave and is eating very well, but I am really worried that she will retain her eggs as well. Since this girl seems to like her cave, will she likely be okay or is there something else that I need to do?? Any advice would be appreciated.
