When feeding they should have time to warm up there blood if its in the morning or time to digest before the heat goes off if its evening. You still might consider having a fecal done to check for prasites. Finally regurgitation can sometimes be a sign gorging, give them as much as they might eat in 5 minute period or 10 minutes if its something they have to chase around like crickets. Remove anything thats left over, also what are you feeding, for some reason mine will regurgitate butter worms so I don't bother feeding these!
