Several things come to mind. Too large a perch for such a small animal. The perch should be as big around as the largest part of the body. Second. Reaaaalllly high humidity. While a baby needs a constant humidity, 100% is too high. 80% is fine and too high will cause problems. Third: The cage for all it's cover is open on all sides. It might make this baby feel a little too out there in the open. You don't mention how often you're feeding. If you fed two pinkies, then wait a week and feed again. If the baby refuses (could be due to it going into a shed cycle) then wait a week and try again. Is this baby an import or from a breeder. If it's an import (cb or farmed) there's a chance there will be parasites and that can put them off food too. I would go with the easiest first though. Possible shed impending. Many snakes won't eat thru the cycle. I would ditch the mister or reduce the amount of time it goes on. I personally prefer to hand mist as it gives me a chance to observe the animal and see if there's anything going on with it.
