There are siamensis and porosus kept together in some ponds, but pure siamensis are also kept seperate, pure porosus are also kep seperate as well.

Most hybrid porosus/siamensis I have seen produced here in the USA are vitually identical to pure siamese. To the extent most experts I know could not visually distinguish which was my pure siamese and which was porosus/siamese hybrid bred in the USA. These were compared at a young age which could also have been a light factor.

Most hybrid porosus/siamensis produced at Samutprakarn that I have seen look like pure porosus.

Kinda of odd but this is what I have noticed, possibly due amount or percentage of split genes in paticular breeders. Other possible factors I have considered would be look of babies produced could very depending on if mother was porosus or siamensis .... this are just my guess.
