Sweating eggs

Were at about 55 days and I noticed the first laid egg was huge compared to the rest. This was yesterday. Today, it is the same size and very soft. The 2nd egg is the same and they are both sweating. I assume they're ready to hatch....kinda early. Is this shrinkage and sweating a clear indicator they are ready to hatch? They have incubaed between 78 and 80 degrees.
