Well throw out whatever info the pet shop gave you because it's all garbage.

Albinos should not be under UVB at all. Their skin and eyes are extremely light sensitive. Also, moss is an impaction risk which can also lead to death. As long as the water dish is shallow you should be fine on that. They are horrible swimmers and can drown easily in deeper waters. They rarely go into water in the wild other than in breeding puddles.

Post pics of your frog when you have the time.
