Sexing?

I primarily deal with Boas. They are easy to sex. I have a few Morelia and assume they were sexed correctly. A store where I have sold my baby red tails has a Centralian that they're basically trying to give me. I really only want it if its a female. Of course, they don't know how to sex it.

Are there any visible or physical (non-probing) ways to figure the sex.
