I go up to mass every summer to visit family and all I can ever find are red back sallies, bull, leopard, and cricket frogs a painted turtle every once in a while and Ive only seen a few garter snakes one was a dor and the other 2 were up in new hampshire... you actually have to try to find snakes rather than just driving along any backroad in suitable habitat farther south are snakes even that common up there? or is it just me? maybe im just not spending enough time out but ive never seen a northern before so maybe ill just start trying harder and especially from MA I would consider that a big accomplishment even though ive heard so many stories from family about seeing a ton of monster snakes when they were younger [ Reply To This Message ] [ Subscribe to this Thread ] [ Show Entire Thread ] | ||
