I know of people who keep them in aquarium setups, but in general it's difficult to keep the humidity up and the temps up. Glass is a horrible insulator and the baby will most likely feel wide open with all the open sides. It's possible that will stress them out. I'd suggest a shoebox tub or something just slightly larger, heat mats on the outside or heat tape for heating and leave it at that. It's much easier to keep the humidity up for the babies in a plastic tub and it holds heat better than glass. I cover three sides and the top with something to keep them from feeling out in the open and I've not had a problem.
