Yes.

The inheritance mode does not make any difference. One animal can show the effects of two independent recessive mutant genes, two independent dominant mutant genes, two independent codominant mutant genes, or any other combination of dominant/codominant/recessive with dominant/codominant/recessive.

An orange cat with white nose, feet, and belly has a dominant mutant (orange) and a codominant mutant (spot).

Animals showing the effects of two recessive mutants are seen most commonly simply because there are more recessive mutants than dominant or codominant mutants.
