Please help a noob out! (toad questions)

Hi, I recently caught this toad while on vacation in moccasin point marina (CA). I'm wondering what species it is and what kind of a setup I should do. It is currently in a 10 gallon tank with coco fiber substrate. It also doesn't seem to be eating. I breed discoid roaches and I'm wondering if I could feed it to the toad. Thanks!
