The frog will need to see a vet ASAP. Rectal prolapses are a very serious issue, even if dealt with promptly. Even if you are able to reduce swelling enough to push it back in on your own using a Q-Tip or something, it might pop right back out. Prolonged periods of time with an untreated prolapse will lead to the frog's death. A qualified vet should know what to do.
