Every once in a while we breeders get our animals to produce something really cool. In my breeding career I've been extremely lucky to get offspring from some really amazing animals.

About 6 years ago, "minicopilot" sent me an email alerting me to some mussuranas that were being offered by Glades Herp (Thanks Bobby). I snatched up a pair of them instantly. Having started with Drymarchon, the mussuranas have proven pretty easy to keep and breed.

The thing that's got me so amped now is the piebald project. I got a pair of piebald mussuranas from David Fabius, raised them to breeding age and well...

The piebald trait is apparently an Incomplete Dominant. 9 eggs hatched with 3 blacks, 3 pieds and 3 Super Pieds. There is variation between most of them. One of the blacks has some white speckles, one of the super pied's has some black speckles.

I thought you guys might seeing them. I've got one picked out that's a keeper for myself. I'll probably put plenty of updates up for you guys to see.
