Posted by: ChristopherD at Sun Aug 16 15:11:34 2009 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by ChristopherD ] sounds good if you have couple tubs in your house, but i just built a rat room outside also try aspen for bedding and rabbit feed as sub-substrate especially in the corners(great for odor control) and very bio-degradable i actually SMOKED my Tomato plants by dumbing this mixture when wet as a mulch before completly composting plants tipped over at the stalk and died, and the soil was cookin!. btw im back to baled pine shaving alone not near as good of a compost by-product , more like termite chum!
