So, I'm curious how all of you house your hatchling water turtles: location of filter (type?), land/water ratio, heat, lighting and substrate.

I have 2 hatchlings that I had set-up in a 10 gallon aquarium with appropriate sized filters, a spot bulb and with cement bricks in the water for land. My turtles ended up getting "soft shell" and I quickly switched over to a Repti-Sun 10.0 bulb and they are now growing and hardening their shells.

What do all of you do? Pictures are GREATLY appreciated!
