Well.. it could be something or it could be nothing! I know that helps a lot.
Possibly a bit of food or something like that got stuck around her nostrils and covered by the salt deposits, on the other hand it could point to some kind of respitory infection.
I would monitor her very closely.
How do her eyes look- are they watery, any discharge?
Listen closely for wheezing.
Is she eating and other wise acting normal? Or is she listless or inactive?
Are you monitoring her temps? Is the cage getting warm enough?
If she seems sick or it happens again, take her to a vet; if she is otherwise "normal" watch her closely for other signs of illness.
Or you could just take her to the vet anyway, but you have to weigh the cons of stressing this animal out vs. knowing for sure.
