We shipped delta since 1996 up until 2009 for helodermids. You must first become a known, verified shipper[which is a process]. Then the airline regulation packing calls for a wood crate that is at least 1/2 inch thick with steel corners on it. The crate must be sealed closed with screws. The venomous herps in the box must be double bagged and tied in knots [we use nylon zip ties]. The box must display a shipping label with both common name and latin name of the listed species in the box along with quanity. The box must also be marked venomous on all 4 sides.
