Health/Illness Question... urgent!

Hi all. I was just wondering something. I have a 6 year old female emerald tree boa. She has had no health problems for the entire time I have had her and was feeding like clockwork. A couple months ago she went off feed which was alarming but I thought it was just a phase.

The other day I noticed her eyes were looking kind of cloudy so I thought she was going into shed but upon closer inspection, it wasn't the scale that was getting cloudy. She actually seems to have cloudy white flecks floating around her eye. I pulled her from her cage and I noticed she had a couple raised and darkened scales which looked like mites but were actually what appear to be infected scales.

I don't know what this could be as I keep my cages in immaculate condition and cleanliness (none of my other snakes are having issues). She is currently out of my snake room in quarantine. Anyone know what might be going on? Thanks for the help.
