I have gotten a couple of 11x7x5 rodent breeding lab tubs. I was going to breed mice in them but have been debating doing rats.

What size groups of mice and rats do people have experience keeping in this size?

I will be feeding about 20 adult kings which I was going to switch to rat pups. I also have 8 balls which I would raise up some rats for in a large tank. I also have hatchling kings which will not take rat pinks even fresh borns. I was thinking of going half rats and half mice to cover all my feeding needs and freezing any excess.

Does anyone have any thoughts?
