There are a couple of pretty simple ideas for housing hatchlings around, including divided screen cages or plastic storage boxes, plastic food jars with screen inserts, plastic critter keepers with screen lids, etc. I think there's a good article on hatchling housing on the Chameleons E-zine somewhere. What species do you have and how old are they now? If any are not as active or spending most of the time hiding, they should be first to separate.
