The only problems are during the height of summer when temps get to upper 90s plus and dry spells occur. I just need to make sure they have soak sized water dishes. My pens are under a large water oak in my yard, so the sun isnt full blown on them either. For the most part, mine stay outside from early spring until now, or as long as the night temps stay close to 60 degrees plus.
