That depends on the size of the kit. There are different sizes of the ExoTerra Rainforest Habitat Kits. For one adult crestie, the 18x18x18 would be sufficient (but why not go for the 18x18x24 since it takes up the same amount of table space?). The next size down, the 12x12x18 I would think would be too small for an adult crestie.

As for the UVB bulb, I personally don't like the looks of the compact fluroescent. It seemed rather dim when I used it for my cresties. I personally like the good ol' long fluroescent bulbs, and I know those are safe after all these years of using them. Even though the compact fluroescent hoods fit better, they aren't worth it.

As for your temp and humidity, sounds rather good, except for allowing it to dry out in between mistings. Not every crestie drinks from a bowl, so providing water through regular mistings is a must to prevent dehydration.

Some people say that cresties don't require UVB...I personally think that it's best to provide it. Mainly to help with the light cycles and show off your terrarium. But I also think that they do need UVB in order to make Vit. D. I don't provide vit. D in the calcium supplement because minerals and vitamins degrade each other over time, therefore becoming ineffective and possibly causing MBD if it goes on long enough.

Some people have had success with feeding just the Repashy. I feed mine the Repashy each night along with a total of approx. 10 crickets each throughout the week.
