I have used both for years. Personally I think only the biggest blood should have rabbits and then only sparingly. You have to have a really good basking spot or else it takes a long time to digest such a large meal. Bloods are notorious for obesity and overweight animals are poor breeders. Rats Are the perfect size . I have also fed young chicks,degus,and sugar gliders with good results
