I agree. There doesn't seem to be any info on a specifically similar case; however, the bump came off and exposed a tiny flesh wound. Im thinking that maybe he got a cut or something and its just trying to heal. Im using some anti-bacterial creme to help the process and it looks much better now. If it doesnt heal completely in the next few days, Im going to the vet.
