Posted by: luckydog at Mon Nov 16 12:00:14 2009 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by luckydog ] The "GUY" with the soft water theory BELIEVES that the disolved minerals in water adds to the urate load..Activity is a great benefit to the animals regularity IMO..If ya happen to take out and handle your animal[s] on a regular basis I would think it to enhance such..Our animals deficate inside of every 60 days so loads are often small and urates only comprise about 30 %..It's actually not uncommon for us to see defication every 30-45 days..
