The "GUY" with the soft water theory BELIEVES that the disolved minerals in water adds to the urate load..Activity is a great benefit to the animals regularity IMO..If ya happen to take out and handle your animal on a regular basis I would think it to enhance such..Our animals deficate inside of every 60 days so loads are often small and urates only comprise about 30 %..It's actually not uncommon for us to see defication every 30-45 days..
They'll go pee pee and soak the paper even more often than that..
Unlike the rest of our blood kin folk we feed rabbits to our adults..Varying intervals depending on the status/sex of the animal..We might feed as often as once a week or 3-6 weeks all depends on the game plan for the animal..If an animal is a "PET" than the feeding regimen would be more along the lines of whats been spoke of already..
