Hey, I've been trying to get a hold on someone who can help me with my Federal Interstate Commerce Permit before I buy a single Eastern Indigo (Drymarchon Couperi). I've got everything filled out, check made out and everything but now I'm stumped as to WHO I send it to. Do I just sent it to the office in Georgia, or is there an actual person in said office that I address it to?

I've called the office there and they keep sending me in circles and nobody can answer my simple question. Half the time they keep sending me to my own local Fish and Wildlife number. The other half of the time they send me to this guy who never ever ever answers his phone or returns phone calls EVEN though his recorder clearly stats that he'll be available at xx and xx time.

Can anyone help me? I just want to make sure that I'm sending this off to the right office/right person.

(Oh... btw, I live in the U.S. if that wasn't obvious)
