I'm not exactly a newbie herper, but I was wondering if any of the experts or those who study snakes alot know how the range of the Drymarcon corais ssp compares to that of Boa constrictor ssp? I was reading that Boa constrictor ssp have the largest range of any reptile (Russo). I know that it is larger than Drymarchon corais ssp, but I was wondering by about how much? The Drymarchon corais ssp range is pretty large to my knowledge; I wonder how much larger it could be if Drymarchon corais couperi still occupied its original range (say 19th or early 20th century).
