If you are talking about the largest range of a single species i think that title goes to the European viper, VIPERA BERUS which happens to be the only species found within the arctic circle. it` range is immense.

The most abundant species on the planet is i believe the yellow bellied sea snake.

correct me if i am wrong. good question though.
