I have no advise to give on the spot, sorry, other than use some povidone iodine and neosporin. You may what to have it evaluated by a herp vet also. As for the feeding, it may not being eating since it's still trying to adjust to its new home. Other than treatment, leave him alone for a week or so, then try feeding. You need to find out for sure what he's been feeding on, hoppers or pinkies, rats or mice. That makes a difference, since mice and rats smell different to snakes. Also, if the spot is causing discomfort, that could be a possibility. Good luck. Beautiful snake, btw.
