I was at a shop that for some reason no longer carries frozen rats (I bought the last one weeks ago), I selected some regular mice and the manager tried to charge me $4 apiece. She said to my face 3 times that they were rats, even though they have live rats in stock. "THESE are the mice" she declared, and handed me a bag of identical mice. She then told her assistant they were out of mice now and had to order more (there were about a hundred marked as rats). Do you think a wholesaler swindled them into paying more, or even getting the wrong shipment would fool the whole staff that has been there for years?
