Coils, I don't have a large enough sample group to say what the average is. I will say my pair, which looks like your beautiful animals in the photo take about 160 days or so from the first copulations until ovopositing. When does conception occur? I don't know, with multiple copulations, I think they mate for fun, and of course females may retain sperm a long while. Mine seem to breed earlier than many. Then the long incubation of eggs takes place, it seems like breeding trials/eggs take up about 10 months of the year! And feeding hatchlings...I can see why some folks have turned it into a full time job! Anyway, roughly, 150 days or so after copulations you get eggs, then 110-120 days or so to incubate them. You will know your female is gravid, she will be thick in the aft end, like a stuffed sausage, with skin visible between the scales.
