You can try closing the vents in the cage or covering the screen to keep the humidity in the cage. Then place a bowl of water under the basking light. Others humidify the room to bring up the humidity.

I changed bulbs once and temps went to 125-ish in the enclosure of a female B/W. She did not seem to appreciate the extra heat and was quite eager to scratch her way out. Since then I've always tried to keep temps under 110-115.
