Has anyone had any exprience with 8in1 Premium Pet Mouse & Rat Food, item # H1404? Is this any good to feed my rats and mice?

I just bought ONE 1.5 pound box for $3.99, which I think is kind of pricey. It is a new product at the nearest feed store. I had them look for rat food for me. After over a year of searching this is ALL that they could come up with.

The box claims:
"This product is 100% nutritionally complete and meets or exceeds the nutritional requirements of rats & mice as established by the National Research Council."

Guaranteed Analysis:
Crude Protein (Min.). . . . . . . . . 16.5%
Crude Fat (Min.). . . . . . . . . . . 5.5%
Crude Fiber (Max.). . . . . . . . . . 4.5%
Ash (Max.). . . . . . . . . . . . . . 7.0%
Moisture(Max.). . . . . . . . . . . . 12.0%

Ingredients:
Corn, Wheat Middlings, Wheat, Ground Extruded Whole Soybean, Fish Meal, Cane Molasses, Limestone, Dehulled Soybean Meal, Salt, Vitamin D3 Supplement, dl-Tocopheryl Acetate, Niacin, Calcium Pantothenate, Biotin, Vitamin B12, Menadione Dimethylpyrimidinol Bisulfite (source of Vitamin K), Thiamine Mononitrate, Vitamin Acetate, Riboflavin, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Folic Acid, Manganese Oxide, Zinc Oxide, Ferrus Sulfate, Cupric Sulfate, Calcium Iodate, Cobalt Carbonate, Magnesium Oxide, Choline Chloride, dl-Methionine.

I am starting to GRADUALLY add this to the diet of my 8 rats and 4 mice. Will rodents fed this block be safe to feed to my two snakes?
