It definitely looks like a Merauke to me, serpent like head, single neck stripe, thin bands, and most of all a very long tail in proportion to body length. Although many of these features are quite subjective, in combination they provide at least a good guess at identification. Oh, and one more feature, the front legs are multicolored, and the scales on the top of the head are not clearly defined by black lines as in an Indonesian. If you post a full body photograph as well as one of the side of the head, and one of the belly, we may be able to give you a more definitive identification.
