I think the image is a family setting with kids and their pet reptiles, I think the message is don't take away the family pet.
I think another image is a small business owner and his trade, I think the message is do not take away his livelihood.
These images, stories need to go out via the press, and we need to make the point that if it doesn't stop here than it will be your pet, your family and your livelihood next.
Trying to work with the political powers to be may only get us so far now, they are going to need that "forward assist" from an informed public.
And, we need to put the blame squarely at the feet of the HSUS and their wacky radical agenda of banning private pet ownership.
What can be done is for everyone to send a Christmas card to congress with a picture of their snakes and family or one of their business and snakes. We need to show the human side of this story and make the impact known.
