Interesting, but I'm not sure I'm convinced yet.
I'm no longer up on all the latest techniques for analyzing haplotype data, so I won't comment about that but I have a problem with the idea of two species of Rosyboas in the San Diego area (L. trivirgata from the south and L. orcutti from the north.
So most rosies in captivity are L. orcutti and the Mexican ones are L. trivirgata? OK, but I think this remains to be further resolved, as the authors suggest themselves. ----- Chris Harrison San Antonio, Texas
