How about return it to the wild. You have it in a 20 gallon
tank. That would be like putting you in a closet and never letting you out. If you truly want a turtle do your research
first and then adopt one from a rescue or get one from a breeder.

I see it time after time. Someone decides they are going to take a turtle (or anything) from the wild and it ends up dying within a years time because it is not cared for properly and the intitial interest is gone.

Don't mean to sound nasty but I have ended up with several of these turtles.

Hopefully you will do the right thing!
