redfoot.com is by far the best info out there on redfoots.I've followed the diet on there (along with everything else) since day 1 of getting my redfoot and he is awesome and healthy.

It took a few weeks for mine to come around from piss poor conditions he was living in at the store I got him from.I guess keeping a redfoot in a desert set up..sand,no water,100degrees and 0 humidity would put a beating on him.

Now he's alert full of personallity and comes running like a dog at dinner time.Follow their guidelines and you should be fine.
