The man is innocent. He is a big time environmentalist himself. He will be exonerated of all of these charges. His neighbors know what happened. The man lived in California when someone filled some gopher tortoise holes on his property 2 years ago while he was 2500 miles away and he was mistreated by the FWC officers even though he was an absentee owner. He reported the FWC officers to the Florida Inspector General for abuse of power and they retaliated by bringing these outrageous charges against him to destroy this man. Everyone should wait until the court hearing. It is going to become a trial of the FWC officers who are the biggest lawbreakers in Boca Grande. They park their trucks over the gopher tortoise burrows all the time!
