Somewhere I have a pic sitting beside his HUGE head with my hand on his neck. He just went back to sleep after opening his eye to look at me. One interesting observation in my lg enclosure was at nesting season. I had 1.6 living together in about a quarter acre pen. When the females nested both the male and the females would defend the nest area. I've never seen this in any other species.
